Each individual may hold only one registered batjee account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds held across duplicate accounts.
batjee processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified within the batjee platform.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by batjee are subject to individual wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions are met.

Each natural person may hold only one registered batjee Account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether under the same or different identity details, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. batjee employs automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances, winnings, or bonus funds held therein may be voided and forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Any deliberate misrepresentation of identity information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
batjee operates as an international online entertainment platform. Pakistani users are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming through batjee complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in their jurisdiction within Pakistan. batjee makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gaming in your area, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your batjee Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. batjee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify batjee support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. batjee reserves the right to require a password reset or additional verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected on an Account.
batjee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. batjee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time, with prior notice provided on the platform where practicable.
All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the batjee deposit interface and may vary by payment method. batjee does not accept deposits sourced from third parties — all deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the batjee Account. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts may be reversed and the associated Account suspended.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must have completed full KYC verification including CNIC submission. Withdrawal requests are subject to review by batjee's payments team. batjee reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from same-day to 3 business days for verified accounts.
A batjee Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. batjee reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will receive prior notification before any inactivity fee is applied.
batjee may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. The following general conditions apply to all batjee promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

Where a demonstrable technical fault affects a game outcome, batjee reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.

Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, batjee's specific sport-by-sport rules (accessible within the Sportsbook section) will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over.
batjee applies maximum single-bet and aggregate weekly payout limits across its sportsbook and casino products. These limits are specified within the relevant game or market interface. batjee reserves the right to limit, void, or split bets placed by any Player who, in batjee's reasonable assessment, has demonstrated a pattern of advantage play that is inconsistent with recreational gaming intent.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batjee platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:
All content available on the batjee platform — including but not limited to the batjee name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of batjee or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, or otherwise exploit any batjee content without prior written authorisation. Your use of the batjee platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. batjee's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, batjee may forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures.
batjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, batjee will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the batjee.asia platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the batjee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of batjee's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through batjee's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in batjee's operating jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that they are responsible for their own compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws regarding online gaming and that batjee makes no warranty regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction within Pakistan.
