batjee is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through the batjee.asia website and associated services. To comply with our anti-money laundering and player protection obligations, batjee collects: a digital copy or photograph of your CNIC (front and back); a live selfie photograph for liveness verification; and, where required for enhanced due diligence, supporting documentation evidencing source of funds. KYC documents are processed through batjee's secure verification infrastructure and are not used for any purpose beyond identity verification and regulatory compliance.

2.3 Financial Transaction Data

batjee records all deposit and withdrawal transactions, including: the payment method used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah); transaction amounts in PKR; transaction timestamps; and transaction reference numbers. Full payment account credentials (e.g., full JazzCash or bank account numbers) are stored in masked format — batjee does not store complete payment account details in unencrypted form.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

batjee records all wagers, bets, game sessions, and results associated with your account. If batjee discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a minor, that data will be immediately deleted and the associated account will be permanently closed.
